• State religion worships Torm and The Red Knight [Faith]. More specifically, they believe they are a couple and worship the love between them.
• Love is a big part of their culture. They believe in the ennobling power of love and that it's something that completes people. Even more, they believe that a loving bond makes two people greater than the sum of their parts, just like they believe for Torm and the Red Knight. For this reason, they are also very fond of complementary pairs in their culture. Both of things and people, it is a motif found in almost all their stories and most craftwork is done in twos for this reason.
• Heavily inspired by Arthurian mythos and chivalric literature in terms of names, codes of chivalry, knights etc
• Roses. They like roses.
• Romantic culture, in the classical literary sense. High emotions, passion is idolized.
• Feudalistic society. Sheval was a stratified society connected through oaths and duties. Knights, lords, kings, queens.
